The gardens were beautiful and the pool was refreshing. Teddy, one of the staff members, was outstanding. He performed his duties flawlessly and was a delight to interact with.

Internet worked and had good signal Staff tried to be helpful but they didn't know English so communication was hard

The hotel was old and not well kept Shower was bad The bed was uncomfortable Breakfast was really basic and unappealing Location was not good Too expensive for the facility.

We loved the beautiful gardens and the refreshing pool. Our room was spacious and had a comfortable king size bed, great air conditioning and great views. The hotel's location on the Collectivo route made it easy for us to get around this city. the hotel offered a nice breakfast buffet on certain days, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We love staying at this place whenever we visit this area. The location is very convenient, especially if you're coming from Guatemala. The hotel is right on the cooperativo line from Ciudad Hidalgo, making it an easy stop. The large pool is a great feature, perfect for cooling off and enjoying some relaxation. The rooms are spacious and the king size bed is incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning is top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay even during hot weather. We also appreciate the recently remodeled and expanded restaurant, which offers delicious meals at reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet on Thursdays through Sundays is a highlight, and if you choose the breakfast included option, you can enjoy a continental breakfast or receive a discount on a full breakfast or the buffet. Another nice touch is the option to grab a to-go coffee from the restaurant's espresso machine. And if you're in the mood for a quick bite, Dominos Pizza is conveniently located across the street.

The restaurant unfortunately left a lot to be desired, with mediocre food and poor service. Additionally, the hotel's maintenance could have been better, with some of the facilities looking a bit run-down.

The hotel had decent-sized rooms and the staff was polite. Plus, it was conveniently located near some good restaurants and shops. The free breakfast was tasty and there was a good variety of food to choose from.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel in a tropical location close to Guatemala. the pool was fantastic, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the friendly staff who readily assisted with our needs. the convenience of having a store and ice cream shop across the road was also a plus.

The restaurant had limited vegetarian options, and the staff struggled to communicate in English. the location was not ideal for walking around, and the streets were not safe at night, so we had to rely on taxis.
